Unbricking CECH-2508A

So I bricked my PS3 slim with ps3xploit. I think I pressed something accidentally during "apply patch" process, browser jumped to playstation.net homepage and hang. Now console doesn't launch, just some beeping after power button press and shutting down.
Can I repair it now with E3 NOR Flasher? I made a dump before applying a patch with ps3xploit utility(that dump.hex file) and checked it with PyPs3Checker with no warnings.

it should be fixable with a hardware flasher and a good dump.
