PS3 Unsure about YLOD error/wondering if this can happen naturally.

I went to dust off my PS3 and switched it on by mistake and then when l switched it off, it started turning off like normal and then it did a triple beep and flashing red (didn't see a yellow light) I don't know how PS3toolset organises error codes but assuming it's from most recent to oldest error, the error is "A0901001" I'm wondering if this can happen normally and it just didn't turn off correctly, or if l should keep an eye out on this console. yep, thats nothing to worry about. if you take a look at the step number #90 you can see the error occured while shutdown. when you flip the rocker when it is in on state the syscon cant do its special shutdown sequence and triggers that error.
