Update Loop On Hen After HDD Replacement

Hello. First of all congratulations for Hen, a trully amazing hack. I have a PS3 slim 500gb with HAN and HEN installed. Everything worked beautifully as I had installed tons of PS3, PS1, PSN games and also movian & irisman.My only problem: space. So I decided to upgrade to 1 tb hdd (Hitachi Travelstar 7K1000 1T). Having replaced my hdd in the past my only worry was backup/recovery.I launched the backup utility and after 17 hours or so it was completed succesfully.Here's where my problems began. I don't know if that was the root of my problems but I did not deactivate my second HAN account before replacing the hdd. I put on the new disc, and without problems I followed the instructions to connect a gamepad, push start & select and put a usb with latest firmware to complete the installation.NOTE: the firmware I installed was the HYBRID 4.84 NOT the ofw.The procedure completed succesfully and I got into xml.Then I proceeded launching the recovery utility and I got a message that some of my files concerning my second account (the one for HAN) may not work correctly because that account was not activated in the system. I began the recovery and after a VERY long time (18 hours or so) it stuck at 74% and I got an error message that the recovery was corrupted and could not be completed. However upon restart I found at XML all my installed games & irisman/ movian too but NO HAN or HEN. Also my second acount (the one i use for HAN) had an asterisk next to it. I decided before trying the recovery again to try and re-install HAN to see if I could play the games. I did so succesfully (also the HAN toolbox) but I kept getting an error message (the one for sign in). So once again, I took out the drive ,connected it to my PC and re-formatted it (FAT 32, primary partition) using EaseUS utility.I put the hdd back and after getting the prompt to connect the gamepad, start & select etc.the update keeps stucking at 98%.Every time. I tried 5 times so far and it gets stuck at 98% for 2 hours at least.(update loop?).I urgently need help.Can something be done?I didn't go into factory mode because I read that when on HEN and hfw I should never do so.Can I get unstuck and more importantly can I attempt the recovery again? Which slim model do you have? Sounds like an issue with the BD drive. Or maybe you have a broken BT board.

CECH-3004A. Also the bd-drive worked flawlessly as well as the console. I red online that some people got over the loop by taking out the hdd after booting the console, then puting in back in and restarting the ps3. Any ideas?
