User of cfw 4.92-4.93

Hello, i have a problem. today i wanted to update my cfw from 4.92.2 to 4.93. I downloaded cfw 4.93 cex file from this website to my usb folder. The problem is, i cant connect to internet because of error 80028ea8. I heard that its because owner of this file got banned on github. And i cant find any instructions what i have to do. SO, the question is-which files i have to download and also , how to do this. If thats possible, write down instruction how to do this cause i am not a proffesional. Waiting for answer)
