Upgrading the hard drives in 2 modded PS3s

I own two PS3s:
-A 120GB Slim PS3 that's been modded with REBUG CFW
-A 250GB Super Slim PS3 that's been modded with PS3HEN.
I plan to replace both hard drives with two of these:

I've read and watched tutorials on how to replace PS3 hard drives and I'm very certain the operation will go smoothly. My only concern is, will the HEN/CFW on each system still be fully functional after I replace the hard drives? Or should I play it safe, and temporarily bring both systems back to OFW, and reinstall the HEN/CFW for each system afterward?

AFTER BACKING UP ALL DATA....

CFW - just swap the drive and install the cfw pup.

HEN - swap the drive and install HFW pup. when done, install HEN.
