So i noticed you can upload/download saves via BFD. I can download saves perfectly fine using this feature but when using the upload feature my save doesn't get replaced with the modded one or doesn't overwrite is there some kind of trick im missing or is this feature completely broke? Im using 4.89 CEX EVILNAT.
Any help would be appreciated :)

You can't just replace files, security hashes need to be updated for most games before even trying to load any hacked saves

try Apollo save tool if you want to do everything on the console, or brute force save data tool if you want to do it on your computer.

Try this way, it will work:
- open apollo, select your save, click "decrypt savegame files"
- select the file you want to decrypt, for example SYSTEM.DAT
- the data file will be exported to /dev_hdd0/tmp/apollo/TITLEID-etc/SYSTEM.DAT
- use FTP, download, modify, do anything you want to SYSTEM.DAT
- upload the new SYSTEM.DAT back to /dev_hdd0/tmp/apollo/TITLEID-etc/SYSTEM.DAT
- open Apollo, select save, click "import decrypted save files"
- select "SYSTEM.DAT", the new file will be imported and encrypted
- click Apply changes to resign

this method is fail-proof, the game will load the new file.
