I am having a problem getting a USB device to be read. I have it formatted to FAT32 and have the necessary files to install HEN. I fully cleaned out the USB and made sure nothing was on it. When I get to the System Update screen and scan for my USB, a message pops up stating that no system update was to be found. I double checked that the USB was on the closest USB port and to note that this is a super slim model. Any tips on getting the USB to work?
