PS3 Use Raspberry Pi Pico as Teensy ++ 2.0 Replacement

I'm curious if there's a way to use a Raspberry Pi Pico as a PS3 NAND dumper just like the teensy++2.0 back in the day since the teensy are rare to get compared to a Pico as of now.
