Using Raspberry Pi As Streaming Device

Thanks for your response!
I also found something of interest in the meantime:
https://github.com/toolboc/psx-pi-smbshare

This seems to be a all-in-one solution for many gaming/networking needs.
You can use it especially as a preconfigured ps3netserv and samba server. What is nice about it: You can just download a sdcard image and you're good to go.
I'm still figuring out all the workings, but mostly it runs fine.

Dear All, First of all I want to thank all the persons who have been a part of this project. I just recently discovered and it is running like a charm on my rapsberry pi 3B (with gigabit usb dongle), i know that I am late with my question but better late than never ;-) I was wondering if the following is possible. I always have worked with a 1 TB usb disc attached to my PI. As you are probably are aware PS3 games do take some disc space so recently bought 2 4TB usb drives. Is it possible to run on the pi 2 services , I mean location one from disc one and location two from disc two, ps3netsrv at the same time?

At the PS3NETSRV.SERVICE file like this per example:

[Service]
Type = simple
ExecStart = /usr/local/bin/ps3netsrv /media/usbhdd1/PS3NETSRV 38008
ExecStart = /usr/local/bin/ps3netsrv /media/usbhdd2/PS3NETSRV 38008
Restart = always

Probably not, but it is always worth to ask.
Thanks!

Hello everybody,

I please need help.

I used the guide from the top of this thread for my Raspberry Pi (with Raspberry OS).

My games show up in MultiMan but not in WebMAN MOD (and also not under http://127.0.0.1/net0).

I am trying to solve this for many weeks. Google only comes up with 2 links of people having the same problem. They suggest to update to the newest WebMAN MOD (I am running 1.47.35 now). But this does not change anything. I also checked WebMAN MODs settings several times...

If anybody knows something about how to solve this issue, I'd be really happy for any help, as I am really getting desperate about this. :-)
