using split4g the other way around?

long story short story, moved a 8gb pkg to my usb as i wish to store it in my computer, however it got spliced, like "filename.pkg.66601" and so on, i know this is the way multiman splices files to bypass the fat32 4gb cap, is there any way to convert it back to a whole pkg from my pc using any program? help is appreciated

open cmd prompt, then type: copy /b filename.pkg.66601 + filename.pkg.66602 + filename.pkg.66603 filename.pkg

that's an example.
