PS VITA / PS TV Vita - Android Defiler released for Rejuvenate

Seems the days of USB tether have passed with the launch of PSM+ Unity but now as also gone the days of needing a PC as well for Rejuvenate!! So a PC tether is gone as well!! But due to the hack there is still limitations but they can now be handed by an Android phone while on the go!! Yes iOS fanboys your port is coming just isn't here yet. Frangar (dev behind many native Vita emulator ports) has [break]ss[/break]yet Another gift being called Vita Defiler for Android (Android Defiler)

Instructions

How to use Android Defiler:

• Firstly, download latest Rejuvenate-0.3.3. if you don't have it yet.
• Download uvloader.vds and uvloader.bin and transfer them to the root of your Android device. (default storage directory)
• Download and transfer your desired homebrews to your Android device.
• Install and launch sdk.vita.androiddefiler-Aligned.apk **Important ensure you can side load apps outside of Google Marketplace**
• Select a homebrew from your Android device.
• Launch PSM Dev for Unity and then Vita defiler client.
• Enjoy!

Note: Of course, you can also download all files straight to your phone.

Make sure that:
you have a file browser you can use both devices (PS Vita/PS TV and Android device) are connected to the same network.
Portable hotspot works too.

Sweet, think its time to install PSM+ for Unity and hook my tablet up, still running 3.50 ape escape exploit

 

Just got some new software!! Now even PSTV owenrs without a spare Vita can now install vitadefiler the last piece needed for PSTV users to get in on Rejuvenate. Till now one needed a spare Vita lr a friend to install it for them to run software. Vita scene is heating up. I have even been reading of an exploit that allows even higher escalation of privlages then we have. Prehaps unsandboxed!! One step closer to a kxploit aka CFE essque privlages folks!!

Cool, I have to mess with Rejuvenate. I've got 3 PSTV's now 1 for PSN access and 2 for FW modding(3.20/3.50). I would Like to get Native Retroarch working and use all the power of the Vita/PSTV for emulation instead of just the ePSP and it's hardware restrictions(mem/cpu)

I've used retroarch via rejuvenate on the pstv. I was actually testing games people had issues with on the ps3. there were no issues that I could find with it. the only thing that sucks about rejuvenate is the daily licenses.
