PS VITA / PS TV Vita bubbles after DB rebuild

Hi I'm new here and was wondering if someone might know of an answer to an issue I'm having with my Vita. Anyone know how to make game bubbles pop back up after having to do a DB rebuild? Was putting something on my card and said I needed to reset my save data for vitashell and also only like half my games are there and it ofc removed my custom theme I had installed.Like half of what I had on it before that is doing the hidden but it's on the card thing. Everything still on my SD card on my laptop but it won't all show on my vita. Also in adrenaline some of my games weren't playable in grayed out no game image. And one was corrupted. Should I try to reformat after I back everything up? But if I did how would I get everything to show back up how it was before my database rebuilt? If anyone has any ideas or could help I'd really appreciate it. Thanks

You'll need the database file. It's called app.db iirc. I think it's in ur0/shell/db. Just replace it after doing a database rebuild.

It messed up and it wouldn't show everything and now it reverted back to at the setup like when you first set up cfw and I still have stuff in my SD card that I can access in vitashell by mounting game card thing in options but like I said it's at the same initial setup screen with like the easyvpk appall that after cfw install. It no longer sees anything I had before and now im not sure if I even have full cfw anymore. I also reinstalled the itls thing on accident thinking it might help that's when it reverted back. I'm not sure if all my stuff is even on the SD card. When I check in vitashell it says like 2gb used then mount game card to Ux0 I think it says in the bottom of the option menu and it shows like 450gb so everything should be there but it doesn't show up and like I said has reverted back to what seems like right after one would install cfw. Standard theme, has pre installed homebrew games that weren't there before except for way back right after I originally installed CFW etc etc. So not sure if grabbing the dn file will make a difference. I can explain other details if anyone wants me to like errors that happened etc. I just don't want to have to go to the nuclear route and restart from scratch if necessary. I work a lot right now and everything and don't really have a lot of time to do that but I guess I will if necessary. Any help is appreciated

Like I said I don't know if that'll help because it's already reverted back so not sure my DB file would be the same as before it reverted back. It doesn't recognize any of my stuff so how could it recognize the old stuff with the rebuilt DB if it's thinking my DB is practically empty? You know?
