way to remove timestamps on trophies???

good day guys, just a little question here, i dont want the timestamps on my trophies...
on my old hdd way back 2 years ago, i didnt connect it to psn, thats why my trophies at that time doesnt have time stamp...
then 6months ago, i connect my ps3 to psn (im using sen enabler), and at that time, trophies that i get have timestamps...

i just tought changing the hard disk will revert its settings regarding acquiring the trophy without the timestamps again,
but even i changed my hard disk, after i get a new trophy, theres a time stamp again even i didnt not yet connect my ps3 to psn after HDD change...
i also tried to format hdd, default setting, downgrade, reupgrade, but still, whenever i get trophies, theres a timestamps...
so is there any way to revert back "getting trophy without timestamps"... do i need to delete something inside the flash? or is there anything i can do inside sen enabler? so that the ps3 will detect itself as never been online before...
thanks a lot...

Is your ps3 a nand phat? If so backup xRegistry.sys and any user profiles to a usb drive, then delete the originals from your ps3 and restart, xRegistry.sys and its backup can be found in dev_flash2 be sure to delete them both.

but im on slim ps3, i want to revert back my ps3 in a condition that it was never been connected to psn before...
so that if i get/acquire a new trophy, it will not contain any timestamps...

do i need to disable sen enabler? do i need to delete act.dat? or any other files?

Did you restore a backup of your old hdd after installing the new one?

no, i didnt restore my old hdd, so im sure that the files responsible is in the dev_flash...

Ok. I just wanted to make sure you did not restore your xRegistry.sys from your old hdd.

The last time I earned a trophy without a time stamp was back in the 3.41 days so maybe sony has changed something in later firmwares and all trophies have time stamps regardless of psn now, I don't know.
Good luck figuring it out.

i think theres no change into later 3.41 firmware, cuz like ive said, i tried to downgrade back my ps3 to 3.55 but still, when i get trophy, it contains timestamps...

once you connected to psn, trophies where scanned and processed. even if at the time of your trophy not having a stamp since new firmwares require it. basically server sided. there are apps to edit time stamps. i have had to restore my old trophies and saves from banned account to fresh account.

may I ask y u don't want timestamps? btw, noctis90210 , I do remember u. this is godreborn btw. u were a nurse or a medical student iirc, yes?

I almost forgot about factory/service mode, when you install firmware in this mode it first completely wipes your flash and formats the hdd. You need a special dongle to get into this mode, and you do not want to enter this mode on any firmware neither cfw or ofw higher than 3.55 or your ps3 will be stuck in factory/service mode. You can read more about it here Factory Service Mode - PS3 Developer wiki

yup im a nurse :-) its glad to see that someone remember me :-) anyway, i dont want to have timestamps cuz psn might detect im cheating, cuz my hard disk before was corrupted, but i have back up of save file of every games ive finished, i bought new hdd, and im unlocking trophies that i unlocked before using rebug, but if im going to unlock it all at the same time, trophies will have the same timestamps/close timestamps to each other... for example i unlocked TrophyA at 12:00 then TrophyB at 12:01 which looks like i cheated if somebody used my ps3 or the psn might detect me cheating...

so can you name one of the timestamps editor? cuz the one ive found produces random timestamps, i hope that the one you are using is user friendly, and can specifically edit time of my own choice, not random...

thats also an interesting topic... im going to read this...
anyway is there specific tutorial on how to install firmware on factory service mode?
just correct me if im wrong:
downgrade my ps3 to 3.55
enter factory service mode
once im on factory service mode, what im going to do is insert the USB containing 3.55+ custom firmware? or do i need another 3.55 custom firmware
after the update, does it automatically go to normal mode (not the factory service mode)?
am i right? thanks...

Order:

Downgrade to 3.55
Unplug power cable/re-insert
Enter fsm
Insert usb with rogero v3.7/lv2diag.self(ENTER) right most port
After the unit has shut down check log on usb for errors if u get SUCCESS
Then put lv2diag.selff (EXIT) on to usb ,,right most port
Power on
Then power on after shut down,
Jump to desired CFW

after downgrade to 3.55, it asked me to rebuild database,
but when i choose YES, theres an error ""Cannot Start. Correct hard disk not found"
so i need to turn off the power...

i tired to go back to 4.75, everything works fine...
then i tried to go to 3.55 again, but the error still happening...

im on qa flagged, i tried to restore file system... nut no success...
itried to reset to factory default setting on recovery menu but it also asked to rebuld database, but rebuilding doesnt work...

of course I remember. :) ah, I think I understand what ur talking about. u changed hdds, so u lost ur trophies. now, ur unlocking the trophies u had beforehand with rebug's trophy unlock, but the timestamps appear to close together. I'll have to think about that one, 'cause I don't mess with trophies. there may be an app that can help with that. I know there's one for the 360 and its achievements, but sometimes those sort of apps can mess up with timestamp even more. I think I once had a timestamp that contained the year 1600. that's not a red flag, is it? :p

Ps3 trophy is good is the app. I had to do it too when I got banned. Not sure if you fix your downgrade downgrade but if you use Roger or rebut downgrade and then flash to your original cow you HDD will be there. Has happened to me toi. One your back and running be sure it Q&A the console.

Very friendly.
Just ft trophies to pc and run app. Select directory. You can choose times and dates.

oh, one other thing to watch out for aside from timestamps is unlocking trophies in the wrong order. I know microsoft can detect this, so sony can probably do so as well.

TROPUSR.DAT
Stores data related with the unlocked trophies for this specific game, included timestamps when the trophy was unlocked, etc...

The file is updated everytime a trophy is unlocked, and at the same time his PARAM.PFD is updated to store the new signature

The file is encrypted, some tricks can be done to tamper with this files to unlock trophies, but consider the methods not perfect (they generates semi-corrupted files that can be considered valid under some circunstancies, but are corrupted in the end)

I have a tutorial at the scene on how to restore trophies. Was on rebut at the time. Got about 90% of them back. Some where corrupted or not showing more than 0%

thanks sir, im trying to revert back my ps3 to condition that it was never been conected to ps3 before, cuz it will not show the timestamps, much easy compared to editing timestamps one by one...
but it it is not possible... then, my last choice is to find an editor that i can edit time specifically and not rondomly...

sir do you have a link for that app? cuz i search at google but it seraches "ps3 trophy" generally... thanks...

tbh, I didn't even realize that the system didn't store timestamps unless accessing the store. I rarely played my ps3 though (only platinumed Jak and Daxter). then, unfortunately, my hdd got corrupted which led to my first tutorial involving robocopy. the trophies were gone since I never backed them up. it might've been smarter for sony to have done what the 360 does. the equivalent of the protected file database or pfd for games which I forgot the name of for the 360. starts with either a g or an x. anyway, they're integrated into the profile, so changing hdds won't result in loss of achievements as long as u still have ur profile.

edit: I remembered the name right after signing out. the 360's pfd is called gpd. they're stored on the profile once u boot up a game. u can actually inject them manually even if having never played the game. there must be something similar for the ps3. good luck, my friend.
