Webman Mod help. Redirecting path from hddo to USB000

I have a lot of games preinstalled on this PS3 and I'm in the process of transferring them to an external hardrive from the PS3's internal. I'm trying to remap home to USB000 so Webman can can change its directory from hddo/PS2 to USB000 so it can read all of my PS2 and PS1 Iso files from the external hardrive instead of the PS3's internal one. When I try to do this however I get an "Error! ADMIN Disabled" Message instead on the webman browser. Any idea on how to fix this so webman reads through my NTSF HDD? It's being a lot more difficult then it should be. Any help is greatly appreciated, Thanks!!!!!

Not exactly sure why you are getting that error. TBH you are better off with an application like IRISMAN if you want to move files around

Also just to let you know there is no way to run PS2 games off an external with any app or CFW. You can move them there and the backup managers will find them, but it would need to copy them to the internal to be able to actually mount them.

Thanks, that helps clear some of the issues. What about PS1? Can they be mounted on the external hardrive or no?

with webman yes.

also i found this:

USER/ADMIN security mode:
  • Added the new combo L2+R2+TRIANGLE to toggle USER/ADMIN mode (disabled by default)
  • Several functions will be limited while the plugin is in USER mode, including:
Access to /dev_blind, FTP server, ps3mapi, delete, copy, show IDPS, file manager, virtual pad...
SO try the combo and then copying.
