So many great tools n apps. Brewology was my default page for the ps3 so I could check for updates

What's a shame is the way it's being handled... again. Especially after all those people who donated to the developer to keep his site up so that he can keep his applications, tools/utilities, and even some source code available. It's honestly sad that those folks are being punished the hardest. It seems like they wasted their money, and we wasted our breath, supporting a good developer. Only to be shown that those who do appreciate his efforts aren't appreciated in return. It's one thing to take a break, but its another to take away.

In regards to this comment from a haxtard... This retard is confusing the term "donation" with "selling a sevice".
I ask to anyone that donated on December 2014 that wants his/her money back, that just write me email and I will refund all his/her money...

When that guy does something for the community or scene then his voice can have some meaning... I donated some funds for you and he sure is not speaking for me. Keep every penny of that. It was donated for all the time you have saved me for your tools/apps and appreciation of the services you have provided. I have one small request and i hope you give me an opportunity to mirror some of your works. There is plenty of bad in this scene but there is alot of good in the scene also ...

Anyway in average it was only $10 per donor... I'll be happy to return him his crappy money if he identify his donation among the ~36 donations (if he actually did it)...

I respect your decision to leave this ungrateful scene, but not the way you shutdown projects. Estwald and Deank make IrisM and webMAN open source, so anyone can contribute to it. Those devs are away from scene for the moment/forever, but the projects and sources are still online for the enjoy of everybody. Thank you for all the time you spent developing your stuff and helping others, good luck in whatever you decide to do.

I donated to keep your site up (which it still is) whether PS3 stuff is there is besides the point. It's your choice what to keep or take off of your site (I see plenty other nice tools/ apps to play with

EDIT: by the way he worded it, doesn't seems like he even donated and his name sounds as if he's from PS3Hax (which isn't known for respecting devs)

that doesn't surprise me. hax is full of wannabe devs. I know they banned Deank, 'cause they assumed he was in cohorts with cobra with the 3.xx version of multiman. plus, that site tries to put u into a position in which u have to defend urself. staff members will attack u, then ban u so u can't defend urself. for me, personally, what made matters worse was people, say gameroom, laughed at my expense. what may surprise them to know is that I was asked for help with skfu's stuff with the ps4. after that sort of crap, nope. figure it out urself. I won't commit time for people who don't respect me. I honestly think it's time that ps3 sceners realize how much they've messed up. they've driven out anyone who cared. it may not be the majority of sceners, but one bad apple...

Here is the problem the Senior member / developer's know how much of a joke it is there these days, The only thing that is supporting that place is the new traffic from search engines, as they once were a large and vibrant site and thus have some good rankings. However what is funny the staff does not like noobs and treats them badly in most cases. Then also being one of the top sites in searching it gives such a bad taste of what this scene is because of the way it has been ran... So then instead of attracting developer's it does the opposite and really gives the scene a black eye.. Really its so easy to fix that site. You take out some the ego's that are killing it and get some people who care about the scene first and not themselves.

I get so stressed out whenever I post that I try not to unless I feel a response might help. however, sometimes my feelings of anger come out, 'cause many people don't realize how much time some people have invested. and, when u have sites that profit off of others' work... case and point - ps3iso is worth almost 200,000 dollars while the site they steal from, repack, isn't even worth 1,000. it would help if people actually saw what's really happening in the scene. it's a total disaster. sites/people drive away anyone who cares, so the prospect of a ps4 scene is next to none. from what I've seen, most sceners r playstation fanboys, so the same will likely be a part of the ps4 scene if there even is one. I think it's about time that the true "trash" of the scene is driven out.

Its a fight and struggle i have seen for awhile now. TBH i would not be so active in the community if i did not see it being wrong so often and so much by many places. That has been my motivation for alot. I have had many try and tear me down and slander me and chase me off, but it never works for one simple reason. I have always been on the good side of things and did whatever i could to make this scene go in the right direction. Many are in the scene and in positions for all the wrong reasons. I see the good and i see the evil there is alot of boht. but i just focus on the positive and the bad will erode eventually its a fight and a struggle but one I am not ready to give up. btw, something I talked with correll about, considering he was a big part of gameroom, was y did the admin beg for money to pay server costs when he required u to pay $5 just to register? where the hell did that money go? as for ps3iso, the redirects = money for the owners of the site. both sites r a total joke. nightdex and Dragon r just as greedy as the rest of 'em. in fact, I have an inside source that told me Dragon was trying to blame me for every disgruntled member on iso. I don't have the time to do that even if I wanted to.

yeah, it's difficult for me to be positive at times. I sometimes express my frustrations with the scene, but at the same time, I don't want to piss anyone off. I merely want to express what I think. we all spend a lot of time. the ps3 is a very complicated system. I had no more knowledge than anyone else when I bought the system, but I decided to research it due to the fact that many didn't. I've tried to get people interested, 'cause u'd be surprised by how much each person could learn/contribute. this is coming off of someone who's almost obsessive with learning though. in fact, while in college, I'd test out of courses simply by reading books. it wasn't a one time thing, but I'd read and reread them many times. that's kinda how I'd invest my time. the point being - anyone can do anything if they r confident in what they're doing and they invest some time.
