It is suggested to add a set of combination key:Select + X to dismount game(same function as Select + O)
Because on the Japanese version PS3,the cross button is cancel function
So hopefully developers can add this functionality

not sure why sony felt the need to f up the confirm button. I mean the a button is still confirm with Nintendo systems, including the switch, and that's in the position of the circle button. I think the xbox might be the same layout except the B and A buttons are swapped.

I only know that O = Ok and X = "Cross out" / Cancel in Japanese controllers.
In USA the users didn't like the button layout, so they swapped the behavior of O and X buttons, not the location of the buttons.

well, the way they have it is confusing. I own a Japanese ps4, and circle is confirm, cross is cancel. however, if you play an American game, the buttons are swapped, so it gets extremely confusing. both nintendo and microsoft use the same confirm button (i.e. circle) except microsoft has B where A is on their controllers just to differentiate it from nintendo, so it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. it might be better to have confirm the same in all regions especially for people coming from nintendo consoles, before the playstation even existed. not to mention that sony has the button layout as a debug setting. why not make it a normal setting?

Thanks to
in webMAN MOD 1.47.25.3, I'm able to pass this screen in GTA from PS1:

Everything was working with multiMAN v04.82.00,
now also it works with\through webMAN MOD 1.47.25.3.

I suppose because of a missing CDDA.
I've also tried Hexen...
SUCCESS, game have music (CDDA).

Thanks once again aldostools!

Have you tried set "item priority" in PARAM.SFO?
Thank you for the suggestion. However the option does not help if the icons are grouped by album or by type.

For the xmb automation the icon should be found in a static location, like app_home icon. But app_home doesn't work ☹️

It can be fixed easily adding a static query to category_games.xml, but that's something that I don't plan to do, due all he complains that would result from that change.

With the "item priority", as far as I know, it cannot be grouped again.
It becomes independent.

Ok, I will have to test this. IIRC The last time that I used "item priority" it didn't stay independent, but that was years ago. Maybe it was changed or I don't remember it correctly.

@aldostools when can I argue webMAN MOD 1.47.25.1 ... 3 PKG?

I'm not keeping the previous package files... They can be rebuilt browsing previous commits of github. It's a lot of work, but it's possible.

The current package for 1.47.25 actually contains the build 1.47.25.3. If you access the GUI, you will see the proper version.

@aldostools found a bug in Russian XMB interface of webMAN MOD 1.47.25 (even on latest build1.47.25.3 it's the same). When I enter the Games XMB section ("Игры" with Russian translation) the "BD & DVD" folder is listed as "BD и D65".

Please re-download the PKG again from github, brewology or online update.

Or just replace /dev_hdd0/tmp/wm_lang/LANG_RU.TXT with the file attached.

Can confirm "Unofficial_multiMAN_04.84.00_BASE_(20190528)_[PS3HEN]_fix-info.pkg.453.v4.84_HEN_brewology"

Now loads even with WebMAN Mod 1.47.25.3 loaded. This wasn't the case before. Was black screen. Had to unload.

Updated webMAN MOD via webMAN_MOD_1.47.25.3_beta_Installer.pkg and the problem is fixed now! Thanks!

By the way, why am I unable to update webMAN MOD via built-in update option on PS3? It returns with error 80029567 at 1% downloading an update. I am on FERROX 4.84 Cobra 7.55 firmware now if it matters.

Can I activate MEM: set to Max PSX (368K PS3 + 768 PSX) and [MC]: 4 - bg, all at once?

Yes it's possible with 1.47.25.5. No with previous builds.

Now in build 1.47.25.5 you can allocate 768KB (aprox. 1500 games) to the group that you select.
e.g. MAX PSX+ will assign 768KB to PS1 group.

Before this build, [MC] option always assigned only 384KB for PSX, not matter what option you had selected.

This is the memory allocated to each group:
PSX = 384KB or 768KB if MAX PSX+ is selected
PSP = 128KB or 768KB if MAX PSP+ is selected
PS2 = 256KB or 768KB if MAX PS2+ is selected
BLU = 512KB or 768KB if MAX BLU+ is selected;
PS3 = 1792KB or the remaining memory to complete 3072KB (3MB)

ROMS group allocates the same memory allocated for PS3 for each emulator directory.

Wow:eek new:.. that's great :welcoming:, thank you :encouragement:

Aldo, how do you play Sega CD via wMM? BIOS_CD_x.bin and the game (Sonic CD) are copied into the ROMS/GEN/ folder but not detected.
I have installed pkg_launcher and retroach 1.7.7
Thanks.
