PS3 Webman PS2 Fan not working

I have my PS2 mode fan set to 40% in webman. When the ISO is mounted/launched the fan kicks in, but as soon as the console enters PS2 mode it goes back to Syscon fan. I'd rather not cook my processors unnecessarily, could someone help me fix this? Thanks

Please verify that /setup.ps3 has 40% ps2 fan speed. Then save the settings.

If the fan is not set automatically, you can use the combos SELECT+UP/DOWN to set the fan speed manually before launch the PS2 game.

Nevermind, I had the PS2 Fan disabled in cobra. My mistake

@SocomUnplugged I would suggest maybe upping the PS2 fan setting in wMM to 50% from the default 40% - much better to have a louder system than a hotter one
