if you jailbroke it 4 years ago then you had to reboot it 4 years ago but it says its been on for 8 years so...

but it says its been on for 8 years so...

Yep the current power on time is total bulls!t considering the FW is 4.84 lol [ Would of had to reboot then ].... and the webman version .... defo a reboot involved in there as well] the current power on has been edited so I am going to assume the rest is fake as well.

So there is no possible way in hell this is legit .... If the console " had " been on that long then updated to 4.84 to show this the current power time would not be so high.... Also note that the "comma" is missing from 3055d on the current power on time .... but its present everywhere else...? [ eg total shows 3,330d] Also the number of times powered on and of make no sense, plus the improper shutdowns for this to be so high.

Basically the console was jail broken, left on for years, then all the apps and FW "magically" updated its self without a reboot after being turn on and off about 2000 times in 2 years.

I would like some opinions about this world record?

Complete fake @ss bullsh!t ....

So basically your saying you got this more or less brand new [CECH2100 models were first released in March 2010] and have left it on for everyday for 8 years ... ? Even if that current powered on time was suspect, and totally fake, I would still say the total powered on time is fake as well..

We are not so easily duped ...

Change the thermal grease....probems solved

That would require a power off of this magical PS3, were it can stay on for 8 years and update itself without rebooting .... and spoil this " record breaking " PS3's run of luck...

Hey maybe its so magical it can self replace the thermal compound itself without a shutdown ...

Okay maybe my webman is broke is there another way to prove this number the improper shut downs are from freezing on gta lol the number must be wrong then but I have used this console like any other cfw I own any ideas as I found a form on here about these boot days and I just wanted to share this is what my webman says I replace the thermal paste every year I did not own this console before 2016 so I have not had it for long, this must be a bug I just use the console like normal it's off most of the time it had been off for 1 year while I have owned this console the days are counted from the day it made as my other console next door has 245days on the clock only jailbroke it 2 months ago,

PS: if you want me to upload a video of this please let me know or send me over a link that will let me know the true power time might be a corrupt nor dump?

There is defo something wrong with what webman is reading as current on power cycle .... The total power on time and others are read from the CELL/BE, irrc, so ... ???

But still the 8 years of powered on time is still weird if you jail-broke it 4 years ago as the total power on time shows that for the past 4 years its more or less been on on all day every day for 4 years, then almost the same before you bought it.

Have you tried uninstalling webman, then reinstall REBUG, then re-insall webMAN to see if this show any difference..?

I don't know how WebMAN gets this data, but if it reads it from the HDDs SMART then it's possible that he swapped the HDD for another one that was used on a PC before, idk. All this assuming that he swapped the HDD and that the HDD was from an old laptop with intensive use.

Its defo not from the HDD, its either CELL or SYSCON it gets the data from for the time to total time on etc.

Yep, but webman needs to "split" that values and store them with specific data types, lenghts, and do value conversions, probably the source code stores them in arrays next to each other, etc...

To me it looks there is a problem in how is managed one of the values (maybe he really have something very unusual, like more than 1000 days) and the other values are affected by it

I found out what the problem was it was me changing the cmos battery I have a video that I did showing that it had reset back to a normal number because the numbers looked extremely confusing to me as well so at least I got to the bottom of it in the end :) sorry if it seems like I trolled I was so confused lol this was a cold boot in the video

this console has been off since the picture yesterday and has only just been turned on in the video,

Sorry to post links

Lol, mistery solved, if i remember right without the battery (and after a reset of the power plug) the PS3 starts with a very old date, i dont remember right now, but something like year 1960

Btw, right now we can calculate that date, without the battery it was displaying 3330 days, and with the battery 274 days
