PS3 What's the "best extra" PS3 homebrew tools?

hello guys!
I wanna gift a cfw PS3 to my nephew.
Personally I only use my PC for internet stuff, but I would like to install a bunch of "essential" homebrew on the PS3 anyway, you know, like Youtube, free TV channels, etc, that circumvents PSN login.

Can you please recommend the "best " homebrew in this regard?

I've seen this homebrew somewhere before, but right now I cant find it.
something to watch Youtube, and I think Red Bull TV was free to watch also, right?

PS. so far I have only multiman, modman-mod, PSNpatch, Sen-Enabler, Rebug Toolbox, and Habib QA toggle installed.
