PS2 Who do I talk to about holding a homebrew Game Jam/Competition with prizes?

Hey everyone. So, this is an idea I've had in the back of my mind for some time now, wanting to host a PlayStation 2 homebrew game jam/competition that includes the possibility of cash prizes. In the next couple weeks I'll be doing an extra gig for my work that will finally provide me the funds to do so.

Given that I am not a well-known member of the forums, I'm sure there might be doubt or concern among some that there would be a payout for winning entrees at the end of the event. Who here on the forums would I need to contact or speak to about about official promotion? Is there an official, secure escrow account or trust that I can put the prizes into to guarantee payout?

Thanks for anyone who can help point me in the right direction, thank you!

Try talking to @STLcardsWS or @TnA
Also, if you're going to start it, please, take inspiration on KyūHEN and the way they handled the stuff: https://kyuhen.customprotocol.com/
They opened a ko-fi where people could donate even small amount of money to crowdfund the final prize.
Of course, since you're quite new, the best option will be to PSX-Place itself to run the contest (and the cash be held by @STLcardsWS) and, of course, you could organize it, promote it and help in the prize funding.
A good option will be to add categories too. GameMaker and Unity has no support for PS2, so compared to KyūHEN and PSV, we can only build games using PS2SDK. Dividing into two games categories makes no sense here. So, having "Games" and "Utilities" categories seems reasonable. Maybe you can also add a brand new category with a small price: "Theme creator" (for OPL, SMS, etc)
The jury must be reputed people in the scene, @TnA can help you with that.
