PS3 Will I get banned?

I want to jailbreak my ps3 but I've been trying to search up that if people have been banned before and I've been reading mixed stuff. I just want to get iso files on to here and play the games and get achievements with my psn account. I could care less about multiplayer. Do any one know if you can get banned if you do jailbreak and use a psn account.

there's always a risk. I wouldn't use an account you care about. I got banned myself a while back, and I lost everything tied to the account across multiple systems. it's not worth it.
