A special wLaunchELF build to browse special non-retail memorycards​

This wLaunchELF build will allow authentification of memory cards without depending on the MechaCon chip of your PS2. thus, allowing the following possibilities, never seen before on the scene:

• Access Developer memory card from retail hardware (eg: TDB-StartUp Card or SCPH-10020T)
• Access Prototype memory card from retail hardware (eg: the special cards used by the EB prototype units)
• Access Arcade security dongle (COH-H10020) from retail hardware

No more need of buying overpriced PS3 MC adapters!!!! just a ps2!

I guess you don't have to make icons for this if you don't really want to...

After all, beyond the arcade cards, these are just edge cases...
