PS4 WLOD Ps4 Slim

Hello to all!

im having WLOD on a PS4 Slim that was attemped to be repaired before the customer gives me the console. The original HDMI IC Panasonic was full of flux and showing me bad values on the coils: not the same values on the pair of lines of the IC that goes to the coils.
So i decided to changed It for a new one and the diode values of the coils and the test points are now OK!. The HDMI conector is OK. No short on the diode or the 22ohm resistor near the hdmi connector.

Photos with values of diode mode check with multimeter on each point.

What can i try to check? Thanks

Don't loose too much with it I can assure is an APU issue. Tested few slim models. My first attempt was to port syscom, APU, nor to another donnor motherboard with dead APU.
Same issue. From what I see on my workshop if they didn't change thermal paste after warranty is out, they get fried.
This ps4 APU thermal protection is a crap. Don't expect to much from ps5

Hello vyktor. I was thinking if i can test another thing on the board to diagnose this problem. The IC seems OK with no shorts on the lines. I think that you are right about the high probability that maybe it's an APU issue. The APU gets very hot after few seconds of beeing the console powered on but i dont think if that is an exact fact.
