There are a couple of LuaPlayers available for PS3. They are very limited, so I doubt they could run an IBM PC emulator.

If you want to run old IBM PC applications you want try DOSBOX for PS3.

Some DOS applications run very well. But many programs are not compatible or run very slow (e.g. Windows 3.1, 95 or 98).
