it's demonhades icons that I pasted over the equivalent file of 4.70.1 REX. it changes the default theme. it's quite a bit more time-consuming to create an icontex than a wave or a coldboot as each icon is compressed separately, and making them all the same size can be a nightmare. if the file/icon is too large, u'll have a problem when it comes to hexing, but if it's small enough, u can just pad with 0's, and it'll still work. though, since u have to do each icon separately (there r 70 of them), I doubt many would invest the time to do so. anyway, u can check it out if u want.
