I was able to compile zelda: a link to the past for android. it's not a release version, because I had to compile it in linux (I don't know how to create a signed, release version in linux. however, the debug version will run just as well. it doesn't contain any assets (like the sonic games). you can get that information from their github

to get your own legitimate, assets file:
https://github.com/snesrev/zelda3 this does work with other languages, but you must first decomp the us version, then the specific region of your language's version (pal will default to English), so country-specific, to add in the language pack.
open the game first, let it crash due to no assets file, then go here: Android/data/com.dishii.zelda3/files (was created when opening the game for the first time) to add in the zelda3_assets.dat file.
