I feel like at a certain point we need additional version numbers to differentiate between the 3 versions released so far. Someone might not notice they are on an old version, since the version numbers is the same.

Not really complaining, just something i found weird. I need to look into that, initially i thought the new firmware was unstable. But that definitely wasn’t the case after i backed down from the OC. Maybe my console needs a repaste.

The 28nm RSX uses GDDR5 memory so i guess the code for setting the speed there is going to be different. Setting the GDDR5 to 1000 would be equivalent to double the clock vs GDDR3.

A different drive is the last thing i could try, but I honestly just solved it by moving all the PS1 games to the internal drive. They aren’t that big (around 67GB for my 130 games) and it circumvents the problem completely.

My drive is completely exFAT. If those files are for NTFS drives only I don’t know where they are coming from.

What do you mean "NTFS" files? The entire drive is formatted in exFAT, always has been. The hard link files webMan Mod creates with PrepISO always end in NTFS, regardless of the actual file system. I guess thats just how its coded. It says right there in the picture you linked that it supports...
