Its been a while...so just wanted to double check (apologies as im probably the 1000th person to ask) - im currently on 4.80 firmware running EvilNat/Cobra 8.40 compatible? - i noticed on the front page theres 4 different versions of the firmware...not sure which one i need - mines a cech2503a...

Gonna dust of mine tonight (and the ps3!) - mines already modded but, im pretty sure that ive got an older CFW installed....am i right in saying i can just flash straight over the top of the old CFW thats on there?? - Cheers to anyone that chips in.!

Hi - first time ive used this app - ive got a folder on the root of the HD called "NeoGeo" how to i get FB to look at that folder to scan it..? Cheers.

ok- found the QA software - its on the USB drive to flash (which i am trying....) it just goes back to the XMB (it doesnt beep) so i guess its not taking (tried it a few times) - is it a case of "keep trying" and itll eventually go, or, if it doesnt go on first time its not going to....

ok - ive done that. And its worked! (always good) - just got the rebug 4.86.1 lite firmware on - whats the QA thing? and what does it do??

Ok - but what thatll say is the firmware it was shipped with...ie not 3.61 which is what i got it with today...

Thanks lads....didnt expect a reply this quick (or a number of them for that matter...) It was given to me with 3.61 on there but hes had it for years....i know its had firmware updates done to it.... So what youre saying is if i run that tool itll say what it was originally shipped with??
