Not sure what you call 'console id', but if you mean idps you can check EID5 which contains a copy, but you cannot copy over eid5 to eid0 as they are encrypted with different keys. if you mean openpsid, if you are lucky your vtrm information could contain the old one.

The game verifies the hdd name, you can update/change that but not sure it would fix your issue...

I think it uses 2 dongles. The hardware doesnt change, but the game binary does, depening with region etc. too. Your one of the two dongles does not match what is checked against.

Dongle Error Tekken6 and BR seem to require different dongles...thats why arcade owners purchase upgrades, they get the new game with new dongles.

No, you cannot downgrade from 4.89 OFW to 3.55 using that method. Check your model and wait for an updated exploit (HEN) or HFW to install a CFW.
