Those board diagrams aren’t going to be released, unfortunately it is going to be a while before 21xx and later are supported as it is going to take a lot of reverse engineering to figure out what we need to do to make the cell overclock work on them.

Cell OC can not be added to CFW, time base correction could but that will take time, safest option for Cell OC would be to do it through syscon.

It is not currently possible to do a cell remarry nor is it known if it will ever become available.

To me it does sound like it could be a bga defect but then again it can be something else. More than likely if it was then you won't be able to repair it without a proper rework station.
