Hi All, I mainly have Pal DVDs which I want to play but when I play them they are extremely choppy. I have now put a Blu Ray drive from a Pal system into my PS3 but the DVD’s still play back choppy. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi All, I was replacing my faulty Blu Ray drive and unfortunately the replacement does not work either. When I opened it up the part in the first picture was fully loose. I think that I have put it back in place correctly? Should there be a spring on it? I have also reset all the mechanisms...

Hi All, I currently have an older official firmware but with Evilnat 4.91 installed. If I installed the official 4.91 firmware what would happen? More importantly is it even necessary to upgrade the official firmware if Evilnat 4.91 is installed?

Hi All, I have tried to put a PAL BD400 drive (think it’s from a CECHC03) into a CECHA12. Connected hardware-wise fine with the cables etc. The PS3 boots etc but cannot put a disk in the drive etc. Have I missed something?
