Yep, seems to be Japan A00 & B00 units that you can find official Frankies. I have a B00 and A00 currently, and a few others have a bunch of them from lots from Japan.

You can get a teensy (might have to get one off of aliexpress) or you can get a flashcat, that would also work (can find it on ebay with the TSOP for nand chip).
