PS3 [ERROR]: 0xb0000004 lv1ldr stop with stopcode 2 load lv1 fail

I have a COK-001 board that has the following issue:

  1. Boot Loader SE Version 3.5.5 (Build ID: 4072,46573, Build Date: 2010-11-26_20:55:10) SDK Version: 355.000 Copyright(C) 2010 Sony Computer Entertainment Inc.All Rights Reserved. [INFO]: === eXtreme Data Rate Memory Subsystem === [INFO]: (Configured Memory Size per single XIO channel: 128 MBytes.) [INFO]: XIO channel[0] is available. [INFO]: XIO channel[1] is available. [INFO]: ---> Total 256 MBytes are now in use. [INFO]: SPU enable [0, 1, 2, 5, 6, 7] 11101111 [INFO]: BE:3.1, SB:DX3.1 [ERROR]: 0xb0000004 lv1ldr stop with stopcode 2 load lv1 fail
I have dumped the nand and tried 3.55 and 4.70 CFW and get the same error. Not sure what else to do to get it working. Looks like original FW was 4.10, didn't have any errors in any of the checkers either

@Evilnat can you please have a look on his dump? I just did correct some farts on ecc but can't be this, if there is something hw related we don't believe , no bad blocks, just ecc errors. He is good tech.
Old clasic way didn't fix his issue , also metldr looking bit short then usually like starting with 0000, I don't often seen that.
