PS VITA / PSTV Rabbid MultiTool 0.12pre2

UI improvements, fixed a major bug when launching the app for the first time and a new file manager.

The prerelease of 0.12 adds a new user experience which makes it easier to navigate and read.

New LiveArea look, more customization options such as color, background and font, and some miscellaneous tools such as a font previewer, a .SFO editor, and enabling USB & FTP.

This pre-release of 0.11 adds:

• Misc. Tools: Font Previewer & .SFO Tools
• Ability to add a custom background & font
• Various minor improvements & bug fixes
• Ability to look in-depth at system apps, but it's a bit limited as they... obviously are system apps.

A new update for Rabbid MultiTool dropped.
