I have these output voltages on my ps5, what is broken? The console does nothing at all.

I just got a brand new sealed 1015a booted it up today an it has firmware 1.02 should I update it to 4.03 or wait for hypervisor exploit I read around but nothing about a hypervisor coming out anytime soon...
