PS5 3 beeps of death and not turning back on

Hi guys. I had just installed Shadow of the Tomb Raider Definitive Edition and was just a minute into the game when my PS5 abruptly crashed and turned itself off. After this, it lights up blue for a second when I turn the power on, and when turning on the PS5, it shows the screen for a brief second before going to a black screen and having 3 beeps and not turning back on. Here's a video that shows the exact problem I had -

I tried to unplug it and turn it back on after some time, but it shows a Processing...message at 34% and crashes again. I have since then gotten a replacement, but I am paranoid about using that disc again or any other disc game. I want to know the exact cause of the error, whether it is safe to use the Shadow of Tomb Raider disc, and what to do to prevent this error from happening again.

Can someone please help me? I am new to PlayStation stuff and really can't afford to keep going for replacements or new purchases.

Bro the answer is in the video, what don't you understand?

Edit: Well I have to admit the guy doesn't really explain jack shit but let me know if you still have this problem I can help.

If you got the replacement, use it with Disc games and check. These problems are common with new consoles. Sony rarely repairs the Device. They will give you new one and refurbish your old console later, and sell it.
