it would be nice if someone could do a noBD version of latest rebug.

I don't mean to be rude, but cant you just ignore the BD and run ISOs with out having a noBD firmware? For that matter, replacement PDs shouldn't be that expensive these days--unless PS3s use BD controller cards like Xbox 360s...

no,you can't.and you need the exact same model of BD and you need to do not so simple remarry drive procedure.if you're not using BD (and i don't really need it it on this console) there's little if not any sense to do all that.

Now that Rebug 4.82.1 is out, can I install it over my Ferrox 4.82 install?

He's already on CFW, so he can update it without going thru the Guide for OFW 4.82.

I modified CFW Rebug 4.82 LITE and only mark "no-BT" in MFW, but now doesn't work MultiMAN or WebMAN, why?

I don't think the patches work in MFW Builder as on my machine BT is still enabled, might have to manually patch

Just posting because I had to do this -After installing 4.82.1 RB cfw had to go back- Installed Overflow 4.82v3 nobd standard cex / installed RBtoolbox (not all opt. wrk bc not rb cfw)was able to dump eid_root_key to file then copied to usb root. Re-installed 4.82.1 RB cfw then I was able to use advanced tools toggled to service mode then used bluray remarry tool worked perfect. But I did have the correct BD-drive for my model PS3. google ps3 bd-drives devwiki PSX-Place Rocks sorry if not to post links

Yes I wasn't sure if was working as I installed it on my PS3 and Bluetooth was still working, I can make a few different for you to try when I get home in about an hour
