Am using tempMON.

I know programming languages. I would like to write a program that will check the RSX and CELL temperature and the fan speed will check how fast the fan service will run. I am a C # coding student. A little C ++. how can I do that ? Can I write my own fan control program for PS3?

Yes, you can write your own fan control if you have PS3 SDK or PS3L1GHT.

It is quite easy to add support for 4.82 CEX to the existing fan control programs, since LV2 didn't have significative changes since 4.75 CEX.
Indeed there is a chance that many homebrews work fine on 4.82 CEX without need to update them.
