i upgraded to 4.87 but lost console hacks, i would like to revert to previous version when i write it 4.86 please help restore i 4.86

if you have a superslim or non-cfw compatable slim, then you can not downgrade. you can use hen (it was just updated).

if you have cfw compatable slim or any fat, you will have to wait for update to bgtoolset to jailbreak again.
 
hi guys, my ps3 is super slim 4.22 , i update it to 4.87 yesterday, i wanaa know is it possible to hack it? for copy game from USB to its Hard disk?(i search a lot and i mixed up) Help me Plz

Hey together,
Im on version 4.86 HEN is already installed. Can you please tell me, do I have to update to 4.87 or is only HEN update necessary ? Thaanks :)
 
Today just done for update,HFW 4.87.1 and hen from PS3Xploit page using ps3 build in browser,as for super slim I downloaded joonie HFW to flashing by USB as update/PS3/UPDATE/UPDAT.PUP
Then everything go through without any problems,after that I open HEN Flash by clicking hen installation alternative link,need to used remote play for flashing HEN and now just work fine.

As for multiman and psn patch I can used without any problems.

You have to update to HFW 4.87.1 and install the latest HEN available.

Games and homebrew will stay, it only affects the system itself. So if you changed your coldboot, font, or something you'd have to do that again afterwards.

no. games, saves, wallpaper...everything will still be there.

you dont have to update HFW to 4.87 if you don't want to play online.

you don't have to update HEN if you don't update HFW. (HEN should update itself if you enable it while online anyway).

Please can you explain me about online gaming if I install HFW 4.87

i have HFW 4.86/3.0.1 but I can play online with some games.

Dunno if thats what you mean?

sorry, i don't play online. i just know that you have to be on newest firmware (or "spoof" to make it look like you are on newest).
