Account Ban Questions using multiMAN

HI there,
Iggy again back with more noob questions.
I Fully understand no matter what i do i can risk getting my PSN account banned.
I dont wanna do anything fancy (yet) . I dont plan on downloading games, or getting illegal licenses ect.

My question is:
IF i use multiMAN, for ONLY copying games that i already own on disc onto my harddrive, am i able to use my PSN online to collect trophys as i play the games? I feel like because i own the games, and putting legal liscences onto my playstaion, sony wouldnt ban me for having legit games.

If i cant use multiMAN, is there a way i can copy my games to my PS3s harddrive, as well as go online on PSN? Can i do anything to be able to do just those 2 things, without the security risk?

My reasoning behind this is, between all of my family, we can gather close to 200 different games. I would like to collect them UNTO my Harddrive, and play them over the years, without hwarding a bunch of games. I just wanna a neat little setup, with a console only.

1. doesn't plan on downloading illegally licensed games
2. wants to game for trophies (in general, you are always taking risk of ban if you get trophies on a modded PS3, sync them, etc.)
3. wants to be ban-free (Again, no matter what, even if you mitigate the risks, there is always a chance of being SONY banned)
4. Doesn't want to hoard games (But 200 games is enough to be a small hoard.)

and either way, even if you ripped / got copies of all 200 or so of these games, it still doesn't change the fact of physicals sitting around

and if you want to dump all physicals to the PS3 and sell them...

then that pretty much contradicts the idea of legitimately owning what is physical. (Not yours anymore if you dispose of them.)

Why do you have to be difficult? All I wanna do is RIP my disks onto my hard drive as well as use my PSN for trophys.

Yes you can. There is always a ban risk though just for being on CFW, regardless of whether you play any games at all. If you did get banned you would be getting banned for using CFW, not for where you got your games.

the common ban message says "pirated material or unauthorized software was detected on your system." they have "unauthorized software" for anyone who may not be pirating but is using cfw. this happened to me with my first ps3 system, which I no longer have. I have a new system, and I've only logged in to get my act.dat. getting banned spooked me enough not to sign in. though, I've essentially banned myself, but at the same time, who wants a system that's actually banned? if I were to ever sell it, I'd need to make sure of that. I may sell it and my 360 once we get new carpets, because I need to get rid of everything that's just taking up space, since I plan to get rid of my entertainment center.
