PS3 Adding PS2 games to PS3 super slim with boxart template?

Hi everyone,

I have around 50 PS2 games on disc that I would like to put on my PS2 super slim, I was wondering if there is anyway I can put ripped games on my PS3 and have the same PS2 classics boxart template used on the official PS2 classics?

PS3 super slim only supports PS2 Classics (encrypted PS2 ISO in BIN.ENC format).

To encrypt PS2 disc images in ISO format to BIN.ENC you can use one of the following tools:
- Apollo Save Tools
- multiMAN (if it's in mmCM mode switch to multiMAN mode to see the option)
- PS2 Classics Manager
- PS2 Classics GUI (tool for PC). It can create standalone PS2 Classics packages that don't require the PS2 Classics Placeholder.

The encrypted images should be stored in /dev_hdd0/PS2ISO

The games and covers should be copied like this:
/dev_hdd0/PS2ISO/Name-of-game.BIN.ENC
/dev_hdd0/PS2ISO/Name-of-game.CONFIG <= encrypted CONFIG can be downloaded from https://ps3.aldostools.org/ps2config.html
/dev_hdd0/PS2ISO/Name-of-game.PNG <= cover (try to not exceed 300x300. 192x192 is recommended)

Use a backup manager like webMAN MOD or IRISMAN to mount the game in PS2 Classics Placeholder.
They requiresto use PS2 Classics Placeholder (aka PS2 Classics Launcher) to launch the game.

NOTE: The encrypted CONFIG is required by several games to play properly on the PS2 emulator. The encrypted file is 48KB.

For the box art, I guess you'll need to make it yourself. I made some templates for that. I'll upload them here.
Part 1 contains the templates and some already made icons, part 2 just contains already made icons.

In the templates folder there are three PNG files, one for the icon, one for the background and one for the description box, and there's a PDN file (meant to be opened with Paint.NET) that has a second layer that marks the text's margins if you want it for guidance.
There's also some ready to use ones I made a while back for my games, maybe you find some that you can use.
