Hi everyone!
I just got my hands on a fat PS3, model CECHL04 (PAL), currently running the original firmware, version 4.81.
Since I'm completely new to PS3 modding, I wanted to check with you guys before doing anything at all, and receive some advice in order to obtain the most out of this consolle.
The first thing I wanted to clear out is this one: am I right that for this model it's better to go for a CFW rather than the exploit?
If so, what would you suggest I install?
Also, could you please point me to a step-by-step guide do everything in the safest way possible?
