An error has occurred: 80023154

I've finished doing the jailbreak, converted it to a DEX system. I've got Rebug and PSNPatch installed. When I click on the sign in button under the network it gives me the 80023154 error.
I found a video where someone said to change the IDPS to 84 instead of 82.
Example:
[FROM] 0000000111821111
[TO] 0000000111841111

That didn't work. I converted it back to CEX and tried to sign in but, because it's rebug 4.84 CFW, it says it needs to update. It doesn't give the 80023154 error. Since it didn't give an error saying the console is banned when I tried to sign in, I don't think it's console banned and the console ID should be fine.

Does anyone have anything else I can try or know what to do to fix this issue?

make sure idps is right now. there are ways to spoof fw version to get online.

Is that after converting back to CEX?

What would I need to do to keep it in DEX and still go online? I haven't had this issue before with any of the other PS3s I've done.

1. Spoof the firmware version with latest SEN Enabler (be careful what you do with SEN though, it's a powerful tool that can easily mess up your setup).
2. After converting back to DEX, launch the Rebug Toolbox, go to Utilities column & change the PS3 Active ID to eid5.

Check the rebug.me website for details about Rebug Toolbox & Rebug REX related info.

FYI
PSNPatch isn't supported in DEX mode.

Just replying in case anyone else sees this in the future.

I noticed something when I was verifying the IDPS. For some reason the IDPS was something like 100000000000000. Which didn't seem right..... I never messed with it so I don't know how it was something like that and it doesn't make sense for it to be that exact number. I ended up ordering a new IDPS/PSID online and loaded it in and it fixed all of the issues.

not sure. I think the idps might affect which store you sign in to as well. we ran some tests, but I don't really the specifics. they were of using a psp and vita idps on the ps3. I think it worked, but there were issues.

Just for info., I don't know if this is relevant to you but even if it isn't, others might find it useful.

A corrupted idps found in memory could be caused by the runtime spoofing of a bad value. Spoofing can be performed behind the scenes by many different tools such as webMAN-MOD, psnpatch, sen or whatever else.
And as many tools don't actually extract the idps from its original location but rely on a quick memory peek to get its value, it is very easy to draw incorrect conclusions from their results.

There is only one reliable place to check whether the console idps is good or bad, it is the Flash Memory eid0 & eid5 regions.
To confirm that the idps is really corrupted, one should either inspect a NOR/NAND dump in a hex editor or simply load the PS3 Toolset's FMM tool in the browser, it will display the idps extracted from the eid0 region of NOR/NAND.
