An idea from HENkaku PS Vita for PS3HEN possible LV1

I might suggest disabling dangerous access by default like i.e Toggle PS3HEN safe mode (Goes between LV1 and LV2 whilst keeping LV1 access intact) what do you guys think? @bguerville @esc0rtd3w

Some extra features from gbatemp that I posted: QA Toggle (Disabled by default if safe mode is enabled)
[Probably ignore that one but the others are better]ROS Access 3.56- (Allow CFW to be installed disabled by default with safe mode enabled and will stay disabled if minver is 3.60+)
Dump LV1 (Enabled regardless of safemode being on)
Dump eeprom
Get QA token
This is all focused on the exploitable LV1

We can only make lv1 calls now anyways from PS3HEN. I dont see the benefit, at least currently.
