PS3 Any working way to get purchased pkg download URL?

There used to be an extension called PSDLE which allowed you to export the download URLs of digital content you've purchased through the transaction history page on the PSN website. Unfortunately Sony changed something and it no longer works.
Anyone maybe has some tool that can fetch the links?

I know I could just copy the files off the PS3, but I'd rather have the original pkg so I don't have to rebuild the database.
I also know there's a website (whose name will not be mentioned) that has the links to virtually everything but I'd rather not use such resources, and even if I did I want to make sure it's the same pkg I've purchased and not another version that I don't own.

not that I know of, but I haven't looked into it for a while. that's the way people were getting them originally, even on the ps5 afaik.

the only current way that still works, is using the Vita RIF ripper app:

A user recently mentioned on my Github:
"I got to dump my PSN info via rif-ripper, thanks to my PSVITA. It seems the only working method nowadays for proper own preservation for PSN… You get all your riff/rap files and a download list for your PSP/PS3/PSVITA titles."

But as mentioned, you'll need a PS Vita so it might not be a solution for everyone.

a proxy might still work to get the download URL, but for the rif license I think you'll be stuck unless you do something else, like installing HEN and retrieving the .rif/act.dat manually
Yeah, I was meaning only the package url. I think that's all he wanted unless I misunderstood.

Yeah, I'm not sure what to suggest as a proxy app (you may have to Google some suggestions), but basically what you want to do is open the app, set up a port, then go into network settings on the PS3, use proxy, put in the IP of your computer w/ port number, download each of your games, and the links will be recorded in history. You only need to initiate the download iirc (it will be recorded instantly), so you can cancel them afterwards without having to download the whole thing. Remember though, with it set as a proxy, going through your PC, the PC must be on and the app open, to access the Internet on the PS3, until you deactivate it. Good luck.
