I have a CECH4201A with lens apparently causing issues with reading discs but I was able to install HFW to it.

On supperslims you can make only HFW and Hen. Full cfw is not possible. Lens can be buyed on aliexpress. ordered plenty of them all worked.

To extract it like the NOR flash, with the full dump apparently one of the devs told me it is just a revamped NAND. I do not intend to change anything.

You can probably back it up with hardware, like teensy. Doing it via software is basically impossible AFAIK at this stage.

I am not sure though if it could be dumped using only LV2, but I doubt it.

You will not extract VHDD contents, only encrypted blob. If that is your goal. ERK dumping missing.
