Best tool for online play? Psninja?

Hello all I have yet to play any game online since upgrading to 4.86 rebug. What are the best tools to use for playing online ie: gta online? I have heard in the past some methods are not 100% effective and have led to users getting blacklisted, etc. Any recommendations (ie: psninja, etc)are appreciated!
