[BETA] Feature req: Toggle Fake Debug settings

Allows you to hit Triangle on Browser too
This whilst giving you access to Debug settings, we also need a way to turn it off

If I understand you correctly, rebug toolbox had a toggle option for debug menu 1 (qa flagging) and debug menu 2 (Dex). I think @Evilnat integrated all the options from toolbox into pex, so I assume it's already possible.

I didn't understand what you're requesting.

1. Do you want to enable the web browser debug option? If so, just use the QA combo to enable or disable it there.
2. Do you want to enable/disable the "fake debug settings" on HEN? As long as you don't use the combo, you won't be able to access it.

Even if the code is removed, some options only toggle features in xRegistry.sys. For example, if you enable the web browser debug option and later an option is added (e.g., by @esc0rtd3w) to disable the QA toggle, the debug option will still remain active. Because of this, I don't see the point of adding this feature.
