Great catch! I had no idea. It should be fixed now, if someone could confirm I'd really appreciate it!

I don't have Vita, but your qr for ABM v4.02 is linking to http://store.brewology.com/vita/get/homebrew.php?id=360&fid=
So still not to vpk file. You can check this by that site: http://blog.qr4.nl/Online-QR-Code_Decoder.aspx

Update: Thanks to @thehero_ (who lived up to his name) the QR codes are working now!

The issues were:
1) https -> http
2) the response header required a file length

It seems like that QR code decoder is dropping part of the parameters for some reason (after fid= there should be a number and fty=.vpk). When I use this QR decoder : https://zxing.org/w/decode.jspx it seems to show up okay: https://zxing.org/w/decode?u=https://store.brewology.com/vita/images/qr/2299.png?c=5&ft=vpk

Is it working okay for you now?

Anyway probably it was bad decoder that I used, as it work for you in other one.
