PS3 bringup Syscon command.

Hi all, maybe someone can give me a hand with this. Every time i have used bringup in syscon. After reasembling the console it always starts up straight when plugged in every time. Then shuts down. And after you can turn it on normaly.

next time use "powersw" command instead
